Failure to recognize others
While reading our local newspaper I see the chief of police recognize the new graduates of the law enforcement academy. I feel a sense of pride, looking at those young faces ready to protect and serve.
I look for pictures and the story of new graduate James Lowe. I find no picture and or story! Where is sheriff Bauman! Why is he not standing with pride next to this young man who made law enforcement history with his high score?
Leadership comes to mind with all the strengths and weaknesses that come with it. Where does Bauman learn his leadership skills?

The question of life or living.
Working to live or living to work?
I find myself at the crossroads of life once again. Left is practicality, Right is dreams and aspirations, Straight ahead is the same old………….
Daily I ponder the right road of the creative self……….Wanting to act on the deep desire of visions.
The left road is the road of concious practicality, Should Lane is what I would call it.
Straight ahead is the Insanity Lane…….where I continue to do the same thing and expect a different result.
